As I mentioned in my last post about Paigey, we took the kiddos to Highland Orchard to pick apples and do other fall-ish things.
We rode a 'tracker' out to the fields to pick our 1/2 bushel. Hopefully we can go back when they start picking Granny Smiths. Those are my favorites.
Not sure what was so funny, but my guess is Dustin.
Henry's favorite part about picking apples is eating them. Sorry to say that we did NOT abide by the 'one taste apple per person' rule. Sorry Highland Orchard.
She tried hard, but without any teeth it's kinda tough to eat an apple. Thankfully her dad came to the rescue.
Henry enjoyed the playground area once we were done picking apples. He was a big fan of the teeter-totter. He rode it several times with different little boys.
But then he got really tired of his mom taking his picture.
And then his parents made him ride it with his sister. She thought it was super fun.
He would have bounced her up to the moon if we'd have let him.
Waiting in line with a 'tude.
He is in love with that 'firework' hat.We originally got it for him as a Halloween costume, but he's worn the costume so much that it's lost its luster. We're gonna have to go to plan B for the costume, I think.
