The Photoshop Diet

My friend Deanna and I had a good chuckle over some downright terrible and pathetic Photoshopping the other night. A gal we went to high school with decided to give herself some gastric bypass a la the clone stamp tool in Photoshop and post the pictures of the "new her" on Facebook for everyone to admire her new found (fake) skinniness.

Sad thing is, she's a pretty girl and didn't need to try and make herself any skinnier. It's Facebook, people. Nobody is forcing you to post the picture in the first place.

Here's some decent Photoshop work I did for my photography classes two semesters ago.

The moral of this story? Photoshop is not a diet, it's a way to add in fake balloons and remove light posts.
